Summary: Stayed here for 3 nights for work purposes, only really used for showering, sleeping & some breakfast the next morning but a good size flat & comfortable. There is parking avaliable but we didn’t use due to leaving our vehicle on site. Location is in walking distance to restaurants, bars & convenience shops which we used rather than cooking. Despite the closeness the flat is nice & quiet & little noise is to be heard. Only issues we had was minor & could be sorted with tightening of screws. Whilst not advertised in the booking they do take take a deposit for any potential damages which is to be understood but was a surprise when I saw the charge as like I said it wasn’t advertised at the time of booking. Wouldn’t have a problem booking this flat again if it’s avaliable next time I’m working in Cambridge.
