Summary: We had two rooms reserved and one of them smelled like smoke really bad. Because the property was booked, we could not change rooms. There should be some kind of action that would help with the situation like this. Perhaps you keep a room until everybody has checked in and you know, everyone is satisfied. If you have rooms that still smell like smoke, they need to be re-done and the smoke smell removed.
