Summary: We had a single nights stay with our son who has a severe peanut allergy. It happened to be a long weekend so the entire hotel was really busy which was very evident at breakfast time. However, despite the very busy breakfast area a member of staff from the kitchen Marita was amazing. She assisted us in identifying safe foods, for us the allergen menu folder from the kitchen we were able to keep with us to check everything ourselves and she even got us a bowl of strawberry jam from the kitchen to avoid any cross contamination. And despite being in and out from the kitchen she took the time to keep checking on us and met our son and was so wonderful! So thank you for everything! It made all the difference for us.
