It also features a 8 stall horse barn,(APARTMENT SLEEPS EITHER 2 OR 4) air conditioned tack room, feed room with 2 large wash racks with instant hot water and a washer/dryer in the barn. Also featured is a 1/2 bath in the barn. The property sits on 10+ acres with plenty of room for a semi tractor/trailer to turn around in. The farm has 7 paddocks and a 150'x250 ' riding arena with jumps. This is a country charm BARN APARTMENT, VERY comfortable and set back from the road for complete privacy and quietness. It is also 7 minutes away from the Ocala Jockey Club (also owned by World Equestrian Center). The drive time is all highway and most will find YOU ARE AT WEC, HITS, etc in the same amount of time as driving across town to get to these venues. Minimum one week rental and available for the whole season NOW.( check with us on timing) The front of the apartment has nice porch and pavers all in front as well as barn.
