Summary: Our butler, Jessica, was absolutely amazing. she help us out in every way possible. Same with Maribel, the receptionist manager, she help me with a room change and did everything possible to make it rights. These two ladies plus the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing to have help us make our stay the best possible. our favorite restaurant was the hibachi restaurant. The buffet was pretty good too. Pool was great. be careful of when you go! it was Sargass season (seaweed) and the smell was not good. Not the hotel's fault. Amenities were as promised. Due to the Sargass, don't stay in the Villas or you'll be dowsed with their smell and cannot escape it. Go for a high floor in the Royal tower or Premier tower and the smell won't be an issue. we're definitely coming back!!
