Summary: We checked in to find the room was nothing like the photos on the website. You could not fit two suitcases in the room, and expect to be able to open them. The bathroom was so small you had to close the door to fit in it. No shower, you had to sit in the bath with a hand held head, that leaked. The entrance to the wing we were in felt like you were in the hotel from “The Shining”, you had to walk past piles of laundry, hotel supplies etc. I asked the lovely gentleman at the front desk if we could change rooms, as it was not an acceptable…but nothing else was available. When I asked for a couple of towels to use at the pool, an extremely unpleasant man basically abused me verbally as it was not acceptable behavior to ask for two towels! It was so unbelievable we tried to find another hotel…but unfort we could find nothing available. Terrible place. Never experienced anything like it before, and hopefully never again. The only nice thing about the place was the lovely younger gentleman at the front desk
