Summary: The 2 ladies at check in were beyond amazing The room was clean and nice. Everything was up to standards besides housekeeping. We left the room before 11 and came back after three and the room was not made up. We saw the housekeeper and she said that we could wait downstairs and she would do the room. My daughter had her grad school graduation so clearly we did not have time for a full cleaning. We asked to have the beds made and the towels changed. We asked for three extra bath towels. Myself and my husband verified extra towels since there were 2 girls in the room. We come back and no extra towels. It was made very clear and she repeated it back. We were beyond frustrated since we were now in a rush to get to the graduation. We did not have enough towels. Not sure where the lack of communication could have been. 4+ hours out of the room without it being cleaned, and then we could not even receive what little we asked for.
