With brand new linens, CASPER mattresses, and a spacious sectional that you'll want to take home with you, this home provides all the comforts that you're looking for in your Scottsdale vacation. In addition, we are located half a mile from the Giants spring training field, half a mile from Safeway, and are less than 2 miles from all the shopping and amenities of Old Town Scottsdale. A few house notes:
Drinking water is the small faucet to the left of the main sink faucet. Arizona water is terrible so please make sure to use that system instead of the main faucet or fridge water.
Our most frequently asked question from our personal house guests is โwhere is the microwave?โ The microwave is a drawer-style located in the cabinet across from the stove. To open, pull down the top panel to access the controls. Then use the open/close buttons to operate the drawer.
Our thermostat is located in the bedroom hallway and is a Nest style. To turn the temperature up/down, simply rotate the outer edge of the thermostat clockwise or counterclockwise. To change the mode to heating/cooling, simply rotate the thermostat to the mode icon, press in on the face of the thermostat to select, then rotate again to select the new mode, and press in on the face of the thermostat again to set.
Our oven, although it looks like one, is actually a dual oven. You can operate both oven functions using the knob to the right of the control panel. You will see โUpper Ovenโ and โLower Ovenโ listed above several function options. Rotate the knob to the preferred function, adjust the temperature, and hit start.
Sometimes the patio door lock gets stuck in the open position. If you turn the lock slowly back and forth, it should naturally pop back out so you can lock it.
