This listing includes all 4 of our air-conditioned Villas at La Casa Greub, which can accommodate 20 guests, perfect for a large reunion or celebration.

You will have private access to the entire property at La Casa Greub in Stella Rincón, PR. This villa has a rooftop deck (partially covered) that has a beautiful view of the ocean, mountains, and local vegetation. There is also a lounge area on the second floor with a great vibe and multiple places to hang out and relax.
This villa can accommodate up to 20 guests in 4 different units. There are two units that are 3-bedrooms (2 rooms with queen-sized mattresses and one room with twin sized bunk-beds (4 total beds)) and two units that are 2-bedrooms (1 room with a queen-sized mattress and 1 room with twin bunkbeds (3 total beds)). Each room of this villa has its own air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and lamp. There is also a spacious open living/kitchen area with a large sectional and TV in each unit. Each unit also has a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is also plenty of parking on both sides of the property. Be sure to visit the beautiful rooftop created for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. The rooftop has two twin sized swings, picnic table, BBQ Grill, refrigerator, sink, bathroom, outdoor furniture, and lounge chairs. There is also an outdoor shower located on the ground level to wash off after visiting the beach.
There is two different beaches located within a 2 minute walk of the property, no need to drive there.
Each unit is accommodated with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, soap, and ice trays.
You will have access to a washer and dryer located on the second floor.
