Summary: Like most hotels in Tulum, this one embraces a spiritual and nature-centered atmosphere — which is truly beautiful. There’s a great pool, a stunning yoga and meditation center, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. The restaurant is on the expensive side, and service was a bit slow at times. Our cabin had A/C issues the first night, and it was uncomfortably hot — we couldn’t sleep. Thankfully, the staff moved us to a different cabin the next day, and everything went smoothly after that. The hotel is located inside a national park, and at first, I was a bit upset because we had to pay an entrance fee I wasn’t aware of. But that was totally on me. Once we explored the area, we realized the fee was actually worth it — we had access to free transportation within the park and got to enjoy beautiful landscapes and plenty of wildlife.
