Please note the outdoor fireplace is not currently working, although the expansive backyard offers plenty of lounging areas and activities without it.
Inside you’ll find this modern desert villa is just as Insta-worthy as it is poolside with the beautiful décor and multiple thoughtfully arranged gathering spaces. As you walk through the door of this elegant single-story naturally landscaped desert villa in the rolling Fountain Hills, your eyes are drawn into the living room’s expansive, 20 Ft. curved butted glass windows showcasing the semi-private canyon, complete with the sights and melodic sounds of the abundant Arizonan flora and fauna. Throughout the home, additional visions of the desert canyon below will greet you, providing a relaxing and jaw-dropping retreat for all who stay.
This modern ranch is also perfect for families: those with infants can travel lighter with our available pack and play crib and highchair (complimentary upon request). Grouped sleeping arrangements allow for a comfortable getaway for multiple families. Guests can enjoy time together in the common areas, while enjoying ample privacy when needed. For all-around family entertainment, board games are located on the living room book shelves.
Your property (and the surrounding landscape) is home to towering Saguaro cacti, an exquisite and protected species by the state of Arizona. These stately giants bloom in May and June and no two are alike, each one a work of art in and of themselves.
You’ll also discover delectable citrus free for the taking during the growing seasons. There’s nothing like savoring a fresh, juicy grapefruit or orange picked right off the backyard tree!

You desert oasis backyard features:
• Lilly-pond wrap-around water feature near entry
• Boulder water feature gently feeding water from the heated spa into the pebble-tec infinity pool (The pool can be heated upon request for a $100 per night fee. Heating the pool is not usually needed in summer months. During the colder months, the pool will be warmed from 10 am to 6 pm and kept around 83 degrees. The spa heating will run from 6:30 pm to 12 am and will be kept around 100 degrees. Variations in the temperature and schedule may occur. )

• Primary Bedroom Suite King bed and one queen-sized pullout sofa bed. This suite includes a fireplace, sitting area, Pac Man arcade game, plus pullout queen sofa and very large master bath. A door leads to your own outside seating area overlooking the pool.
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
• 2nd Primary Bedroom Suite: Master Suite with one King bed and one queen-sized pullout sofa bed. This suite’s layout includes two rooms attached via an open doorway. The first attached room is a cozy living room with the queen sleeper and kitchenette. Walking further through an open doorway, you’ll find a standard sized room with a king bed. Attached to that is your private bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire property. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $1,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If police are called due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the property, and we charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. Please contact us directly for more details.
We ask you to please respect check-in and check-out times. You can request an early check-in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 pm, and an additional $100 fee for 8 am to 12 pm). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests.
• Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can charge accordingly. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed.
• The pool and spa can be heated upon request for a fee of $100 per night (heating the pool is not usually needed in the summer months). Heating only the spa is $25 per night. When heated, the pool is on a timer that will keep the pool between 82 and 85 degrees from 10 am to 6 pm, and the spa can be used thereafter (please note only one can be heated at a time, so if you turn on the spa heat while the pool is heating, the pool heat will turn off.) Variations in the temperature may occur.
**If the pool or spa heat is turned on at any point without prior payment, you will be charged the fee mentioned above for the duration of your stay. If that fee is not paid immediately, heat for the pool or spa will not be available for your stay.**
• No illegal substances or acts are allowed on the premises.
• Please respect the noise curfew (no loud noises or disturbances after 10pm)
• Please refrain from bringing guests whose names are not listed on the reservation.
• Please respect check in and check out times. • Please press the "X" on the thermostat when you leave the property to resume the normal schedule.
• Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home.
