The large character house of La Gissière, dating from the 17th century, is located in the heart of the Bocage Bourbonnais and in an agricultural environment. It benefits from a shaded courtyard, a large green space enclosed by walls or hedges, with games for children (portico).
Ground floor: kitchen and its dining area (have been completely renovated), dining room, a large living room with library whose "family home" decor has been preserved for these two rooms. Another living room is also available (sofa bed 140x190). 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds 2 x 80), bathroom (bathtub) and 2 toilets, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140X190) with private shower, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with private bathroom.
Upstairs (access by miller's staircase): 1 bedroom (1 bed 160). Electric heat pump heating at the customer's expense. Air conditioning in the living rooms (kitchen, living room, lounge).
