In a small complex with just 7 total units, Casita Fuego is the perfect getaway for a couple, or as part of a larger group. The neatly trimmed grounds and colorful landscaping offer a hint of the stylish petite home awaiting you.
Casita Fuego is excited to welcome your furry family member as well. And the ideal spot to exercise him or her is just across the street at the neighborhood park. Here, you and your best friend will find a well-manicured greenery and a winding walking trail throughout the park. Be sure to take advantage of the covered pavilion and several exercise stations.
Open the front door with a Smart Lock and find yourself in a stylish, modern and colorful living room. The living area offers a cozy sofa that converts to a single sleep sofa, as well as soothing decor with plenty of welcoming greenery. It's easy to imagine relaxing here with a good book and a glass of your favorite beverage.
The large kitchen is bright and cheerful, with a fun pop of red in the lower cabinets. Features here include full-size stainless steel appliances, with a subway-tiled backsplash. You'll have plenty of cabinets and counter space to store and prepare your meals and snacks. Enjoy them together at the round glass-top table for 4, with plush coordinating red chairs.
The separate bedroom is spacious and boasts some delightful design details sure to make you smile. Take in your favorite TV show or the latest blockbuster movie on the Smart TV and slumber comfortably in a queen size bed.
The hall bath features a tub/shower and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. Just outside the bath is the convenient stack washer/dryer.

If you'd rather just walk everywhere once you arrive, it's easy to do that! Within a 4-block radius, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store. Park your car and forget about it! Guests have access to the entire casita, one parking space and the shared gym. There's also a lovely shared courtyard with a stone bench and huge mango tree.

Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.
Pest Control:
Please note we have rigorous pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native “friends”, please take a picture or give us a call.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. ​​​​​​​
