Summary: Most of the time four points is an exceptional hotel however, this time they fall far below par. The quilt on the bad had been washed so many times, the Batting/wadding inside clumped and looked disgusting when held up to a light. The shower drain was extremely slow, you ended up in standing water. Shower curtain was inefficient and flooded the bathroom. There was no Kleenex in the dispenser.
