Summary: The building is adjacent to a shopping center with a good supermarket. Also, the street in front is on the main bus route to downtown or you can walk in about 45 minutes. As a studio, the unit is somewhat small. The main problem is the kitchen if you are planning to cook. The shelves containing the plates and glasses can not be reached by a short person. The kitchen is ill equipped and the cooking pots and pans were dirty. Only one cutting knife. The show stall was somewhat moldy along the perimeter of the base.
