In Grassau gibt es einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz, Tennisplätze und einen Sportplatz. Der Chiemgau bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten bei jedem Wetter, z.B. Bergwandern, Radfahren, Moor-Erlebnisweg, Kultur, Hallenbäder. Für Kinder gibt es ebenfalls einiges zu entdecken. Das nächste Skigebiet sind Reit im Winkl und Kössen (ca.20 km) entfernt. Es gibt eine kleine Essgruppe in der Küche sowie einen großen Essbereich im Wohnzimmer. Dieses ist mit Sat-TV und LAN ausgestattet. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über freies WLAN. Das Kinder- bzw. Jugendzimmer ist mit Stapelbetten ausgestattet., die einzeln gestellt werden können. Ein Babybett und Kinderhochstuhl stehen nach Anfrage zur Verfügung.
