Herzlich Willkommen auf der schwäbischen Alb! Bei uns erwartet Sie ein spannungsvolles Miteinander von alt und neu, von shabby bis clean. Das fast 100 Jahre alte ehemalige Bauernhaus wurde 2016 bis 2018 von Grund auf saniert. Besonderer Wert wurde bei der Sanierung auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Dies galt sowohl dem Erhalt der alten Dielenböden, Treppen und Terrazzoböden wie auch der Auswahl der neu verbauten Baustoffe. Dieser Grundgedanke zieht sich bis zur Inneneinrichtung durch. Alle Innenwände sind lehmverputz, beheizt wird über Flächenheizung in den Decken mittels einer Wärmepumpe. Einige Möbelstücke sind älter als das Haus, einige stammen aus dem Haus und wurden mit viel Liebe in die heutige Zeit geholt. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ortskern von Bitz. Bitz verfügt über eine intakte Infrastruktur, die mit Einzelhandelsgeschäften und 2 Lebensmittelmärkten alle Ansprüche des täglichen Bedarfes abdeckt. Ärztliche Versorgung sowie eine Apotheke befindet sich ebenfalls im Ort. Bis zum nächsten Bäcker sind es 5 Gehminuten. Ausserdem haben Sie die Möglichkeit beim Backhaus Mahl (bei schönem Wetter auch draussen) zu frühstücken. Nach Albstadt mit seinen vielfältigen Freizeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten sind es nur rund 8 km. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die bekannten Traufgänge. Eine Loipe beginnt 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist 53 qm groß und erstreckt sich über 2 Stockwerke. Die 5-Sternezertifizierung ist auf zwei Personen ausgelegt. Es kann aber auf Wunsch eine Gästematratze mit 140 x 200 m zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Jede weitere Person wird mit 15,- Euro pro Nacht berechnet. Die neue Einbauküche ist mit freistehender Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Geschirrspülmaschine, 4 Platten Ceranfeld, Backofen, Koch-und Essgeschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Rührgerät, Stabmixer etc. komplett ausgestattet und sofort einsatzbereit. Direkt am Eingang steht Ihnen eine 8 m² grosse Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen zur Verfügung (Morgen-/Abendsonne). Ab Herbst 2018 ist noch ein möblierter Gartenanteil inclusive. Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Das Objekt verfügt über eine Stereoanlage mit Fernbedienung sowie zwei Flachbildfernseher. Das WLAN ist kostenlos nutzbar und ein Tresor für Ihre Wertsachen ist vorhanden. Handtücher stehen Ihnen für die Zeit Ihres Aufenthalts kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Haus verfügt über ein Doppelbett 180 x 200 m. Die Betten sind bei Ihrer Ankunft bezogen. Weitere Kissen und Decken können auf Wunsch gestellt werden. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken sowie ein WC und Bidet. Ein separates WC befindet sich zusätzlich im Objekt. Im Untergeschoss steht Ihnen eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockner zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung (Waschmittel sind vorhanden). Zudem ein Bügelbrett und ein Dampfbügelstation. Hier befindet sich auch ein abschliessbarer Raum für Fahrräder etc.
