An architect's house in the village of Teich, with very spacious rooms: this 1000 m2 property is classified as a 4-star holiday rental. The house is 3 km from the oyster-farming ports of Gujan-Mestras, and 13 km from the beaches of Arcachon.

ACCOMMODATION:
It is a single storey, bright and modern house, with a floor space of 135 m2. A very large through lounge. It comfortably accommodates 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 160x200 beds, 1 60X120 cot, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 WCs).
The house is at the foot of cycle paths which allow you access to beaches and shops. Free provision of 6 adult and children bikes, 2 baby seats for bikes, and child and adult helmets for safety. We also have all necessary baby equipment (bed, changing table, stroller, etc...)
COVID-19
Before your arrival, Eventhia will do everything to ensure the safety of your health. Namely, a safe distance of 1 metre will be observed for viewing the house and handing over the keys. Then, beyond basic, regular hygiene habits, she will ensure the disinfection of door handles and bay windows, remote controls and switches, washing (mandatory all year) of pillowcases and mattress topers, and the provision of surgical masks and alcoholic sanitary gel in small bottles.
