Guests have access to the entire house, off street parking and garden facilities.

Guests will be let to enjoy their stay however I live close by if needed.

The house is located close to Andover town centre in a largely residential area. Transport links to the town and surrounding areas are excellent from here.

There’s plenty to do in and around Andover. As you’d expect from most UK towns, there are a wide range of shops, plus a good variety of pubs, bars and restaurants. All within easy reach of the house.

This is a great place to stay if you’re watching or taking part in an event at the nearby Thruxton Motorsport Centre, where the British Touring Cars and British Superbikes hold race meetings.

Also stay here if you’re planning a visit to one of Andover’s museums, including the Museum of Army Flying and the Museum of the Iron Age. You could do a day trip to Stonehenge and Woodhenge or have a tour of the Bombay Saphire Gin Distillery.

If you have kids Paulstons Park and Peppa Pig World are close by as is Hawk Conservancy and Finkley Down Farm.

Motisfont National Trust house and riverside Gardens are Leckford Estate are also worth a visit.

Bringing your walking boots? Good idea, because from here you can easily access the stunning Test Way walking trail.

With parking easy, most guests choose to drive here which gives them the ultimate freedom to explore the area at their own pace. But even without your own transport, getting around is easy enough.

Being so close to Andover town centre, walking or cycling is always an option. But the area is well served by buses too, and they can connect you with places of interest further afield, such as Newbury, Salisbury, Basingstoke and Winchester.

The house is not far from Andover train station, and it’s from here you can connect with railway services to London, Devon and around the Hampshire area.

When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.

All reservations are subject to an ID check, all ID must be uploaded to our internal system, ID submitted must include Name, address, date of birth any ID submitted not including those will be decline and possible cancellation of
your reservation.

We do not accept guests from the same city as the listing.

No smoking is allowed anywhere in this 3 bed Andover property. We want to keep the place looking and smelling fresh for all our guests. Unfortunately there will be an extra cleaning charge is the property smells of smoke.

Please ask if you wish to bring a pet as there will be an additional charge.

No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please respect the privacy of our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially in the garden, and particularly between the hours of 10PM and 7AM.

No Work boots in the property. The property must be left in a good state of cleanliness Pots washed up and no mud on the carpets.

No Glass in the recycling.

There will be a fee of £30 for any additional bed linen or towels used. Please only use the number of beds and towels appropriate for the number of people booked into the property.
