The villa is situated 200 metres from the village of Hrušica and is surrounded by greenery and forest. The nearest town is Podgrad which has a supermarket and restaurants and other facilities. The villa was a former dairy built in 1902 which serviced the city of Trieste at the times of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and The Kingdom of Italy. It has been carefully renovated retaining it old world charm and ideal for a families, group of friends or interest groups. Each room is spacious.
There are 6 bedrooms , huge semi-professional kitchen, lounge with fire place and large dining facilities for 12 people.
