Summary: This property is no longer a part of the Hyatt network. This was not disclosed to us until it eas time to check in and the front desk agent told me she had to remake my reservation. The rooms listed in site are also not correct. My reservation was for a two bedroom suite but i was informed that those tooms no longer exsit and haven't for over 3 years. The staff was friendly and helped in the best ways they could. The lack of communication was the most unerving part of my visit.
