Positive: They made entry very easy. The available garage was a huge bonus for coming and going. The house and pool are very well maintained and stocked. When we asked about trash bags they realized we were out and had more sent to us within an hour. They always responded quickly when we texted.
Negative: The phone number provided to call went to a call center and we had to leave a message for the owners when we set off the smoke alarm. We realized that we needed to text to get to the owners directly.
Summary: Great stay, happy kids having an onsite pool!
