Summary: We have visited the Cape for the last 5 years or so and have stayed on the outer side. What a treat to experience low tide on the bay!! Not only were we treated to sunsets over the water just steps away from the cottage, but we were able to walk 1/2 mile from the shore during low tide and still not find water deeper than knee level. The location was great. Close to the bike path, an easy drive to Coast Guard Beach and Ptown. The house was updated, clean, and air-conditioned, The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi easy to access, and it was peaceful and quiet. I would have appreciated a nicer patio space to relax outdoors -- there were weeds growing through the bricks and tons of ants. The outdoor table was nice, but uncomfortable to just sit and relax under the umbrella. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay at this property again.
