Summary: The hotel itself was very nice. The night we stayed, we needed dinner so went down to the restaurant to take food to the room. There was a wedding party at the bar and crowded which was fine. I was told to order from a bartender. I went up to the bar with my daughter to order. First off I have worked in a restaurant for 27 years. One bartender looked up and me and walked away. I thought, ok he's busy. The other bartender walked over toward me, made eye contact and turned away. I was watching they were not busy making drinks or any drink at all. I was kinda annoyed because it was almost 10 minutes at this point. They both noticed me again, walked away and stood down by the tv, talking to eachother looking up at the tv. Finally after looking down the bar I got a dirty look from the girl and the man came to take the order. Working in the industry (bartending for 12 years) I was upset. I still tipped the man pretty good for the takeout. Got back to the room and the whole order was wrong. I get having bad nights being busy, but I was ignored more than once for them to stand and watch the tv. And I paid almost $100 for all 3 meals to be wrong. I never leave reviews but I think this experience needed to be shared.
