Summary: The heating was boiling and when asked to change it, they said it was central and couldn't be changed. We had to turn it off and have no heating (mind you, during winter). We went for the spa and it was closed and the jacuzzi off. We couldn't use any of the spa facilities. Furthermore, I cannot believe that the included breakfast they served alligns with a FOUR STARS Hotel. It was cheap overall, and not tasty at all. The coffee specially was very cheap. We tried to access the rooftop outside in the morning at it was close, so yet another facility we were not able to use. Finally, they said parking was included - but oh wonder it was so for an adittional price. A four stars hotel with no parking included...
