Positive: A beautiful property in an incredible location. The cottage provided (almost) all the basics, which in itself is an impressive feat for the region.
Negative: The cottage felt a bit spartan, and lacked the attention to detail I'd expect at this price point. Very simple things could have made a big difference: considering the climate, somewhere to hang damp things would have been great, and maybe an oven mitt to avoid having to handle hot cookware with the one damp all-purpose tea-towel. Half a roll of toilet paper for a 3-night stay comes across as miserly.
