This cozy, 3-bedroom house is located In Staniฤi - a small tourist place near Omis, Croatia.
With its beautiful terrace and private pool it is set in a peaceful village, surrounded by both the mountain and the sea. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, away from the hectic pace of life in the big city, but also want that city close by - it is a match for your summer holiday.
The house spreads over two floors with three two-bedded bedrooms (one on the first floor with the exit to a big balcony and two on the second floor both with a beautiful view of the island Braฤ), two bathrooms (one on each floor), a beautiful living room (with big TV and an air conditioner) together with the kitchen and dining area. There is also an additional sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms are equipped with an AC.
The outdoor area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs and a garden sofa. The outdoor area also encompasses an outdoor shower, barbecue and a beautiful wooden-covered terrace with a dining table and a Smart TV. A white-rock fence surrounds the whole outdoor area.
The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a living room TV, a DVD player, a stereo, a washing machine and all the essentials.
A dedicated parking space is available near the house.
In case you don't plan to rent a car, we can offer a transport service as well.
