All bedrooms have a king bed with smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Eat in kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve. Large fenced back yard with a fire pit. Covered patio with outdoor seating. Beautiful marina 2 blocks from the house with launch and parking. Great if you want to bring your boat or just go fishing!

Summary: The house was clean but needs some repairs. The bottom bathroom needs toilet paper holder fixed, shower head bracket replaced and the floor is very spongy. The pool was full of leaves that we cleaned out so we could swim. The house was clean and had plenty of room for us. Upstairs was nice with two rooms and the one bathroom and good closet room. All the rooms could use some dressers to put your stuff in. All rooms have nice TV's and a very large TV in the living room. We could not use the gas grill in the back yard because there was no propane tank. The location is great, close to Ocean Springs and just a short drive to Biloxi.
