Positive: Good value for the price.
Negative: 1. Payment was taken outside the booking.com 2. There is no clear information in the booking what house number you booked. (there are few houses on the property, some of them without a number, but anyway you don't know the number from the booking. 3. We were charged a 40 Eur cleaning fee after our stay despite of stated 20 EUR in the advertising. 4. The company that manages property in reality manages only payments, and then they forward you to the actual property owner. property owner. We tried to manage late check-in, owner does not respond emails, we spent two days calling the phone, as a result we did not understand where the key would be hidden. But upon arrival after ~15 minutes of searching with flashlights we found booked house with a key inside the door to the booked house. 5. You have to pay electricity and water bill after check-out in cash.
