Positive: We loved the apartment. It is big with two bathrooms. All the kitchen facilities. We had a car so it was easy for us to go anywhere. There is no need of paying for parking because is for free. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are a lot of supermarkets around and really nice restaurants. When we arrived, the apartment was really clean and the check in even at 2 o'clock in the morning was really easy. We had answers for questions almost immediately from the propriety .
Negative: First of all there is no air-conditioning at the apartment. At the living room and kitchen is really nice even when the sun comes inside. The bedrooms were so hot and even with the ventilator it wasn't enough for cooling the room. We also had a problem with the water escape of the washing machine at the kitchen. The property contact came to check it himself but he didn't find the reason. The bottom line is that the next day we left for a trip and they called a specialist of the washing machine. When we came back the next day, the apartment was so dirty we couldn't walk. The floor was all white, the marble of the kitchen also and it wasnt possible to clean it , so when we called to ask for someone to come to clean, it was like we were responsible for the mess. Why they sent someone to check without another person responsible for the apartment.
