Summary: Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) The family room is upstairs from the other rooms, hence the wonderful view. Basic accommodation (apart from the lovely balcony!), but clean, good Wi-Fi, good shower, comfortable bed. 2 great coffee shops downstairs. I highly recommend.
