Summary: We stayed 3 nights and unfortunately will not be coming back. Throughout our entire stay all of our towels were extremely stiff/uncomfortable, and our fridge did not work. An in-training receptionist tried to tell us that the fridge is a minibar and thus not supposed to cool anything.. what…. Thankfully the manager came over, apologized and comped us access to the spa. Also, we were placed on the first floor, and both Friday and Saturday evening the restaurant just below us was playing such loud music that we could recognize the songs (bass was quite heavy as well). Friday the music stopped at 23:30 and Saturday at midnight. We were told Saturday they had a party of 200 people and unfortunately our room was situated right above the speakers. While they did try to mediate the noise (earplugs) they should not place anyone on the first floor if they know they will be hosting such a large party, they could have at least placed the party guests in those rooms. While the hotel was good at reactively responding to complaints, I would have expected a more proactive approach, and thus will not be recommending or coming back.
