Outside there is off road parking next to the property for two cars plus a parking area about 20 yards from the property, a veranda and balcony with furniture and on-site shared facilities (open all year round and at no further charge) which include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, two full-size snooker tables, table tennis, darts, all-weather tennis courts, crazy golf and a small football area. Clwyd 3 is a wonderful holiday base, with plenty of on-site facilities to keep everyone happy and entertained.
