Positive: It was nice and quiet.
Negative: Back door was not engaged, anyone could’ve sneaked in. Horrific smell upon entering property. It was not cleaned prior to our arrival. I asked my daughter in law to pick up Lysol and Clorox wipes so I can wipe down a lot of the areas prior to touching. Somebody needs to clean window sills and bathroom vents since it was full of black mold and a bunch of flies. The air conditioning system should have been turned on.
Summary: The only pleasant part was the quietness at night and the coffee provided.
