Positive: First and foremost - I would recommend this place to a family of 4 or 4 adults. Thats important. That being said, a few things could use improvement. What we liked - Epic location. I can throw a ball to the gondola from the balcony, almost. Free parking (not 100% available, because it may fill up, but we found a spot 5 of 7 days.). And, if you don't find the free parking, the paid parking lot is literally directly across the street, so not a huge inconvenience. The place was clean. The management office that handles the reservations, check in, check out, etc. is phenomenal. Very friendly, very responsive, very professional. They helped recommendations for restaurants and activities, and several things that go beyond "property management". Loved them.
Negative: 1. No wifi - although, nowadays, everyone can hotspot from their phones and phone reception at the apartment was perfectly fine. 2. I believe that, if you have guests staying for 7 days or more, a courtesy linen and towel change should be expected and provided. As well, when we inquired about this matter, the pricing seemed unrealistically high. 18 euros per person for a towel exchange? come on. 3. The living area in the apartment is spacious compared to a lot of smaller spaces our friends had, however, there is one sofa that seats 2 ppl, and a dining table w/ 4 chairs. So, you can't exactly invite another family to come over, for example. Two of our friends had smaller apartments, but they were more conducive to gather ppl to have dinner and play board games, etc...
