Positive: The challet was very nice and comfortable in general. When we told them that the washing machine is not working they fixed it immediately. The person who came to do the check out and to fix the washing machine was very nice.
Negative: We informed that we are in our way there, and we were waiting outside the house, freezing, for 15 minutes. There was no toilet paper or any soap for the hands or body or for the plates or any sponge for the plates, mop, which is something you expect to have. We bought everything but when we asked for the mop it took them 2 days to bring it after reminding them. The beds were not very comfy. The plates in the cupboards were dirty (red sauce) so we had to wash everything on our first day. Only 1 hair dryer for a place which fits 12 people
