Summary: Initially our stay was a little rough, there had clearly been some major damage done by a prior visitor as the microwave handle and TV's were all pulled from their mounts and we had a bit of a scare with "water bugs" throughout (though this is likely just due to the beach location). The host was super responsive and even had the microwave entirely replaced the day after we alerted her to the issues. Now for the good - this place is less than 100 steps from the beach and was a great value for the price. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals to save money and while a little leaky the shower in the common backyard was perfect to hose off the sand. An amazing central location to many attractions and almost entirely soundproof.
