Positive: The lovely central location. Clean and comfortable, lovely pool outside just a block away, amazing plants all over the place and close to lots of amenities: stores, restaurants, malls, pharmacies and more. Close to downtown and to Marina.
Negative: Nothing truly bothered me. I was satisfied with it. The only issue is the beach. If you want to get to the beach the chairs are expensive to get. You can use the pool outside but if youโ€™d like the ocean you need to take that in consideration or to pay for private beaches.
Summary: Amazing location in a central area and clean, lovely environment.
