Positive: The building facilities are excellent — I used the gym every day, the swimming pool was great, and having a secure parking space was very convenient. The apartment itself feels quite modern, and the location is perfect: close to shops, restaurants, bars, everything within easy walking distance, and in a genuinely safe and quiet area.
Negative: The apartment is significantly smaller than advertised — listed as 56 m² but feels closer to 36 m² in reality. The photos are very misleading: what looked like stylish, functional cabinetry turned out to be cheap and poorly finished. In the bathroom, the “drawers” shown in the pictures are actually fake panels with no storage behind them, leaving absolutely nowhere to put toiletries. The wardrobe is almost useless — just one single shelf — so most clothes had to stay in the suitcase. There is no bedside table lamp, making it inconvenient to read or use the bedroom in the evening. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, with no proper place for a trash bin and no tea towel provided (I had to use a bathroom hand towel for drying dishes). The sofa arrives without the cushions shown in the photos, so it’s uncomfortably hard. The air conditioning in the lounge area is inefficient and clearly needs maintenance — it runs weakly and automatically switches off after about an hour, leaving the living space hot and stuffy. Overall cleanliness was disappointing, especially in the kitchen area, and the layout and amenities are simply not designed for stays longer than a couple of days. For the price and the way it’s presented online, the apartment feels uncomfortable and not thoughtfully prepared for real guests.
