So if you're looking for an authentic stay in Amsterdam, you've come to the right place.This eco-friendly houseboat is ideally located in the Zeeheldenbuurt, at a quiet place in the 'Oude Houthaven'. It has stunning views over the IJ water and Amsterdam North and is within walking distance of the city center (8 minutes).Staying at my boat will make a contribution to the environment. By heating through a sustainable water heat pump, the houseboat uses 5x less energy, emits no CO² and does not burn fossil fuels.The 40 sqm private studio room is equipped with everything you need. It has a comfy king size bed (180 x 200) with crisp, white sheets and window ceilings above your head to gaze at the stars. Start your day with a Nespresso in the relaxing sofa and settle down in your life at sea.The ensuite bathroom has a bath with stunning views over the harbor, a separate shower and luxurious bathroom amenities from Marie-Stella-Maris. This room has a separate toilet.We offer free Wi-Fi in the entire accommodation, use of bed linens, and towels.
