The villa has just been built and furnished, so far it has not yet been used, so the first that will rent it will have the exclusive priority. It is on two floors. On the ground floor there are a living room, kitchen, utility room, two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The bedrooms are equipped with large walk-in wardrobes, and the beds have been purchased by suppliers of star hotels, thus ensuring a high level of comfort. The kitchen is fully furnished with wooden furniture and latest generation appliances. The hob is induction. It is also equipped with small appliances (citrus juicer, centrifuge, blender, vacuum cleaner, etc.). In the living room there is a wood stove, whose heat, through the visible flue, also spreads into the upper bedroom.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with shower and bathtub and a small living room. The whole house is served by a system that provides winter heating and air conditioning in summer and each room has a thermostat for air regulation.
Outside in front of the kitchen there is a porch and to the side, in another smaller porch, there will be a summer kitchen. It is equipped with solar panels for hot water supply and free wi-fi internet connection. It has its own parking and is surrounded on all sides by its garden. The pergola and the garden have tables, chairs and benches in wrought iron.
This villa resides in a larger complex that includes the main house, an outbuilding with a sauna and a swimming pool. All immersed in a beautiful park full of rare plants and many roses. To reach the farm you have to travel two km of white road.
