Summary: 1. Front desk is not on the premises and you have to drive a few miles to get there. 2. The AC on the oceanfront room which we paid top dollar for was not working - the first indication there was a floor fan. 3 You do not see the ocean in the ocean front. There is a hedge blocking view 4. After a few calls we were switched to a standard room not “ocean front” AC was noisy and not working. We simply gave up 5. We could not leave that night -hours of long drive under terrible weather conditions -so we stayed and made the best of it. 6. While we received the money back for our 2nd night - no additional credit was given for switching from the “ocean front” to the standard room. 7. The cost is not worth the stay.
