Positive: For my little boy and I, the location of this flat - right in the centre of the tiny non-touristy harbour town of Le Grazie, with boats moored literally meters away from the window, and with the beautiful church bells within hearing range - was pretty much everything we needed for the perfect father-son holiday. The proximity of the sandy beach with calm waters, backed by a lovely little town-centre pineta, was the perfect add-on. There's even a back yard for extra outdoor space, although that part of the house is quite commonplace, wheras the living room overlooking the harbor, sea and mountains, were extraordinary. We never saw the hosts, but written communication in the booking.com app was enough for everything to go super smoothly; they were very accommodating to us.
Negative: Although well equipped, some people might feel the kitchen gear and general house ammenities are a bit dated. For us this wasn't at all an issue though. The bed mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but even that wasn't anything close to ruining our holiday. Wifi worked very well too.
Summary: The most beautiful Ligurian view you could wish for out, right of your windows!
