Summary: 10:21 5 Cusco and Machu Picchu and Cus... Jun 21, 2025 - Jul 4, 2025 Would like to find out who does the vetting for this hotel. I would start by letting you know that the facility was outdated. Had no heat, did not provide portable heaters with temperatures in the lower 40's degrees. Only blanklets that weren't enough most of the time. The bathroom was a complete disaster holes in the wall behind the sink, the shower drain was partially clogged. In a stay of almost 10 nights we had 2 days when the water heater was out of service. My wife one night had to take a shower with cold water only to learn after the fact that there was no hot water. The only good thing that can be mentioned about this hotel is the staff that tried to work with the little that they had to offer. Over. the past few years we have used and relied on the services of Expedia to make sure the we get the most of our trips. Also, the 2 reservations that I booked for my family at the Hidden Garden Hotel in Cuzco were not the greatest of services, very dissapointing experience in all.
