The sitting room is on the first floor with folding windows and a breathtaking view of the valley. The furniture throughout is traditional Tuscan, complimented by tiled floors, beams and wooden staircase. Both bathrooms are tiled and have shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet.
The house has been completely renovated this year and has gas central heating, hot water and good drinking water. It can be reached by car for unloading but cars must be parked in the car park in the village.Area Details
The house is in a small village in the valley of Garfagnana, overlooking the river Sercchio. It has a small shop, butchers & a bar restaurant with home made pizzas. There is a 15th century church, traditional stone houses and cobbled streets.
