Positive: The elevator wasn’t working and I had to bring my suitcases down from the fifth floor by hand. Unfortunately for me, I had 2×23 KG suitcases. The soap dispenser in the shower was filled with soap twice in both times it just completely emptied itself out onto the shower so one day I didn’t have soap. Other than these two experiences that Hotel is in a good location, the staff, friendly, and it is clean. This may have just been a one off.
