• Parking regulations not enforced...2-hour limit street parking during weekdays from 9a-6p (which means you can park until - 11a and again at 4p- directly in front of the house has zero enforcement. We've literally never seen it enforced at all.
• No limit on the weekends.
Other places for street parking that are not enforced and are within a short 3-5 minute walk of the home.
• Massachusetts Ave. at Triangle Park (great park/playground for young children!)
• 15th St SE across from Payne Playground and Payne Elementary
Parking availability may vary during peak hours and is not guaranteed, but guests are generally able to find spaces in those locations and very close to the house.
If you’d prefer and ONLY if you have a mid-sized SUV or SMALLER you can park in the yard. The outdoor rug and sectional would need to be moved as shown in the listing under “Additional Photos”. We ask that you please reset the furnishings as they were when you arrived.
