Positive: Abundant space, lovely decor and furniture, quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. Good location for ferry-related daytrips from Hyannis (we did both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard) and close enough to the bayside beaches (Mayflower, Corporation...0:25) and Chatham (0:40).

Summary: A lovely stay for our 5-person family.
