Positive: The house has a very nice patio that divides the barbecue and game room from the rest of the house. It gives enough spae for a family of 4/5 people to share the same house without being on top of eachother, specially when you have children.
Negative: There was a lot of dust under the beds, you could see it accumulated. Being close to the beach, it would be useful to have some Tupperware's to bring with fruit or salads to the beach.
