4 Bedroom House in Marlo

C Views provides the ideal property for that beach side holiday, situated where the Snowy River meets the sea with 4 Bedrooms (3 Queens and 1 Double), the house sleeps up to 10 guest.

The huge master bedroom has en-suite with spa and breathtaking ocean and river views as you enjoy breakfast or a cuppa in bed watching the dolphins swim past. The other upstairs bedroom is big with own en-suite, this has a queen bed and single trundle bed which is perfect for the family.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining areas all with those spectacular ocean views. A study and wash room complete the upstairs.

Both sides of the house have decking, the north deck steps out from the kitchen with a family weber BBQ and relaxing and sunny spot to sit. The south deck offers incredible sea views with outdoor table setting and chairs.

Downstairs has two queen bedrooms, a bathroom, separate lounge and european laundry. Private deck off the lounge and bedroom, yes even views from the bottom floor.

Outside is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a swim, is dog friendly (outside only) with kennels for the pooch.

A large carport accommodates multiple cars and/or boats with double lockable gates for security.

A good size yard and established gardens provides a relaxing environment. Enjoy the citrus, apples and herbs.

All linen is provided except for towels.

Three T.V's to find your own space, board games, puzzles and books will keep you entertained or listen to your favorite music on the bluetooth JBL speakers

Split system upstairs and downstairs, all bedrooms with ceiling fans. Additional wall heater for those cosy winter nights.

The beach is only a two hundred meter stroll and there are plenty of walking tracks to go exploring.
